It is our policy to post only high quality, pets related, family suitable pet photos in accordance with our guidelines. Sorry we have to get into the "rules" thing here but our pet photo submission guidelines, policy, terms and agreement were created to protect the interests of our A Pets Blog .com community participants as well as the holders of the photo copyrights. It is important to read and agree to the terms and guidelines before you submit your photo, we cannot post your photo without this. We appreciate your contributions, understanding and patience with this policy

Submission Guidelines: Were looking for photos that meet the following criteria:
Photos that include pets, cats, dogs, horses, birds, etc. Photos that are of good visual quality, clear and easy to view Photos that are enjoyable, pleasant and suitable for viewing
In order to ensure quality, please make sure your photos
are at least 160 px by 160 px or larger Terms and Agreement: By agreeing to the below terms and by submitting the photo submission form to A Pets Blog .com your are requesting that your photo, as designated in the submisstion form, be posted on the APetsBlog.com web site. We will only accept photo submissions from the copyright holders for each photograph. You are automatically the owner of a copyright for a photo if you took the photo yourself and you did not receive valuable compen- sation from another party for taking the photo. Please DO NOT submit photos if you do not own the rights to distribute and publish the photos. By submitting the photo you are claiming to hold the copyright to that photo. By requesting APetsBlog.com to post your photograph, you assign APetsBlog.com a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to use these photos on the APetsBlog.com web site and/or in the A Pets Blog .com newsletters sent out to the A Pets Blog newsletter subscribers only. You recognize that these photos will be made available for viewing to the public and you give APetsBlog.com permission to do so. However, we acknowledge that you do not grant permission to A Pets Blog .com to sell your photos, grant their useage to anyone else, or to use your photos in the A Pets Blog .com free ecard service. You also grant APetsBlog.com permission to make minor editorial changes to your photograph including but not limited to cropping, resizing, contrast/brightness adjustments and/or framing. Your pets photo may include your pets name and a brief caption based on the information you fill out in the photo submission form. You also realize that it will be up to the APetsBlog.com webmaster to determine which photos and/or content to post on the APetsBlog.com web site and that not all submissions will be posted.

We may post your first name, your submitted photo and your pet's information online at APetsBlog.com, however, all other personal information received, including your last name and email address will remain private, for our use only and will not be made public or posted on our web site, used for commercial services or given to any third party.
